Job Title: Experienced Sales Representative

Location: Festac, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the company’s product/service.
• Answer questions about the company and its products.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
• Enter and update customer information in the company’s database.
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
• Handle and resolve customers’ requests/complaints within minimal time frame.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Keep records of calls, sales and take note of useful information.

Requirements

• OND / HND / B.Sc in Estate Management, Business Administration or any related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in facility management.
• Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
• Client management skills.
• Experience with tele or physical sales.
• Excellent knowledge of English language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
