Job Title: Commercial Banking Sales Lead

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will perform the following responsibilities:

• Lead, oversee and direct Commercial Banking’s Recruitment Strategy, including attracting and retaining talent through the creation, development, implementation and sustainment of new processes, tools and measurements
• Support the development of best-in-class bankers through the development and sustainment of customized training programs, applicable to all lines of business in Commercial Banking
• Expand and sustain Commercial Banking development programs
• Foster and grow client relationships with 3rd party channels particularly private banking space
• Provide a comprehensive service to Direct Clients of the bank and to ensure the smooth
  processing of their Mortgage, -Deposit, Current Account or Insurance application

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Financial Services, Education, Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science
• Must have at least 7 years branch management experience an asset.
• Relevant work experience in a Compliance or Operational Risk role
• Previous knowledge of RFP (process and procedures) mandatory
• Knowledge of CB credit process, treasury products and pricing philosophy

Renumeration
N500,000 (Monthly Net)
