Job Title: Business Analyst Intern

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Internship

Main Function

• Business Analyst Interns will assist in assessing how the organisation is performing and help improve our processes and systems.
• You will conduct research and analysis in order to come up with solutions to business problems and help to introduce these solutions to the company and our clients, using data to suggest ways the organization can operate more efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Using data modelling techniques to identify ways in which the organization can operate more effectively.
• Communicate with senior people in the organization to find out what they hope to achieve
• Assist to formulate ways for business improvement, based on previous research
• Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies
• Assist to oversee the implementation of new technology and systems
• Support in running workshops and training sessions
• Exploring how the organization is currently operating via research, which could include interviewing employees and collecting quantitative data
• Explore different solutions, their risks, benefits and impacts
• Proposing solutions to the organization’s leaders, and keeping them updated with progress
• Gathering and analyzing data to develop and investigate potential solutions – including improvements to systems and process – to organizational challenges.
• Creating documents to outline the proposed changes and the steps involved.
• Ensuring the changes are made – for example, by assisting in overseeing the implementation of new technology or a new approach
• Contributing to training and support for stakeholders affected by new systems and processes

Experience / Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Business Analysis, Business Administration, Finance or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Business Analyst experience
