Job Title: VOC Executive I

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Assists the Liaison Office Manager (LOM) in achieving the 2022 revenue target of $6million USD while maintaining quality and service delivery targets for all VOC activities.
• Supports the Liaison Office Manager (LOM) and distributing all Sales Lead originating from/to trade enquiries and exhibitions /events to all Sales Offices on a daily basis to meet the VOC Target of 2500 PC2s & PC3s by February 2023.
• Responsible for managing the SONCAP Trade Enquiry Email box and respond to all SONCAP enquiries with the support of the LOM within 24hours of receipt.
• Drafting all clients’ requests of amendment of certificate, Industrial Standard Approvals and following up with LOM for SON’s approval.
• Lead on VOC Nigeria’s new initiative of “Close-Out on Issuance” where he/she tracks all pending certificates on Verigates while following up effectively with SO/TO every last week of the month and to prompt all SO/TO on expiring certificates to ensure all expiring certificates are renewed.
• Assists the liaison office manager to provide draft list of Amended certificate list for each month to support the completion of the periodic reports to SON.
• Assists the liaison office Manager in managing queries received from the operational network related to local regulations and requirement.
• Defend Bureau Veritas’s interests
• Perform any other functions as requested by HO management.
