Job Description

• We are looking for a product manager to join our growing startup and contribute to leading and improving DRO Health’s product line.
• You will work alongside our healthcare professionals, engineers and designers to develop and improve our core product offering.
• This role is huge in terms of scope, level of responsibility, and impact.
• You will directly drive the development of a product used by thousands of users to improve the impact on millions of people.
• You will need to demonstrate high levels of empathy to identify the articulated and unarticulated needs of patients, doctors, healthcare practitioners, and more. This is much harder than it sounds!
• Once these needs have been identified, you will need to develop the specification for a solution and turn this into a reality by leading a team of designers and engineers.
• You will be the mastermind of the product with full ownership and responsibility for the end result.
• To do this you will need to have high attention to detail, and a big passion for improving healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
• Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
• Providing clear ownership for and visibility of the resolution of all project risks and issues
• Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases
• Performing quality assurance controls on features
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
• Deliver clear improvements to the user experience across all products, in collaboration with the Engineering, UX & CX teams
• Represent the voice of the customer in senior-level management meetings
• Conducting research to identify customer needs and market gaps.

Required experience and personal skills

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Have at least 2 years of experience as a product manager
• Experience with healthcare products or in a healthcare company is a big plus
• Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Use of product management software such as Jira, Figma, and ClickUp
• Use prioritisation frameworks such as RICE
• You must intuitively know what being "10x better" looks like
• You need to be a self-starter who can demonstrate working independently and taking full ownership of projects
• An understanding of both UX and UI, with the ability to talk expertly about both when challenged
• Ability to empathise with healthcare stakeholders, identify needs and translate into a design concept
• Track record of delivering results in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Recognises the power in saying ‘I don’t know’.
