Job Purpose
The Manager will be responsible for leading the company to achieve its vision, mission and objectives.
You will serve as the strategic head steering the company forward to achieve revenue, profit and expansion goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve the growth goals of the company.
Develop, design and execute business strategies in order to attain company goals.
Ensure company’s policies and legal guidelines are communicated to all employees and that they are followed at all times.
Conduct employee reviews and performance evaluations and reward or punish where necessary.
Assist the administrative officer to manage all hiring and recruitment processes including (interviews, termination, training) etc.
Lead and manage all employees to carry out their respective responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner.
Act as the face of the company both internal and in key external functions in ways that strengthen its profile.
Provide strategic advice to the board or managing director on key decisions concerning investments, scaling, and general company initiatives for growth
Create and design operational and company policies in conjunction with each department head.
Liaise with each department and unit to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Prepare and present timely updates and report to the board and managing director on a consistent basis for efficient decision making.

Requirements
Qualifications Required:
Minimum of B.S.c or BA in Business Administration or relative field.
3 - 7 years management experience in a reputable company (Manufacturing company strongly preferred)
Relevant certifications in management will be an added advantage
Skills Required:
Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
Sound knowledge of strategic planning
Knowledge of human resource management principles and procedures
Knowledge of basic economic and accounting principles and practices
Knowledge of office administrative procedures
Proficient in MS Office packages and modern work tools and software such as google workspace
Proven experience managing a small diverse team.
