Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

• The ideal candidate will ensure fulfilment of SunKing objectives related to robust control over end-to-end warehouse activities, warehouse operational efficiencies, and building/improving warehouse processes to advance the aspirations set by company’s Executive Management.
• He is to ensure optimal warehouse operations with strong controls to deter any leakages or waste of stock.
• He will be instrumental in developing policies/procedures to support the smooth operations of warehouse without compromise of controls.

What You Would be Expected to Do

• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Implementing and overseeing security operations.
• Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.
• Ensuring the safety of staff.
• Motivating and disciplining staff.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures, protocols and by managing people, processes and systems.
• Coordinates the investigation of unsafe conditions through the application of the company’s safety standards.
• Complies with the federal, state and local warehousing processes, material handling requirements, etc.
• Ensure the daily reports of the warehouse are completed in stipulated time.
• Work closely with the logistic coordinator to resolve issues between warehousing and distribution processes.
• Ensure that all the supplies are received, documented, processed and proper acknowledgment given as at when due.
• Plan, assign and address complaints and resolve problems within the shortest time frame possible.
• Comply effectively with company work and safety rules.

KPIS

• Manage all In / Outbound KPI
• Manage 99% inventory accuracy KPI in for the warehouse
• Manage Warehouse Budget and Cost Control.
• Manage & Strengthen relationship with all 3rd Party Service providers to warehousing operations.

You Might be a Strong Candidate If You Possess the Following

• HND / B.Sc in Supply Chain Management or any related background.
• 4+ years of warehouse management experience in FMCG.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
• Proficient knowledge of and inventory controls, staffs and products
• Proficient computer skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
