Job Title: Hardware Team Member

Key Responsibilities

• The Team is responsible for the deployment and maintenance of all computers, printers and scanners
• Installations and deployment of new computers/new peripherals
• Initials diagnoses and troubleshooting of ICT equipment
• Collaboration with Organization’s vendor on Hardware maintenance
• Ensuring all computers/equipment function optimally at all locations.
