Job Description

• We are looking for a Female Office Assistant to be responsible for handling clerical tasks in our office.
• She will be handling incoming phone calls and other communications, managing inventories, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office duties.
• In addition to this applicants should be computer literate with proficiency in the use of microsoft office tools

Responsibilities

• Assistant to the product/sales department
• Recording information as needed
• Updating sales record, maintaining documents
• Helping organize and maintain office
• Performing general office duties
• Maintaining supply inventory and inventory reports
• Maintaining office equipment as needed.
• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND, HND or Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 3 years work experience.
• Candidate must be a female residing in Isheri Oshun and it immediate environs.
• Computer Literacy with proficiencyin MS office tools (Word & Excel).
• Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.
• Ability to learn fast on the job.
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.
• Great communication skills.
