Job Summary

• Your job on a day to day would involve providing safe and effective professional teeth whitening services using the best-in-class technology.

• You will receive comprehensive training on both our administrative processes, the background, technology and application of our treatments.
• Your role will include the application of professional whitening treatments, as well as consulting on the benefits of professional whitening and helping potential clients feel comfortable. We are looking for candidates who are knowledgeable, warm, welcoming, and able to effectively communicate when interacting with people.

Job Description

• Whiten the Client's Teeth
• Clean, and remove plaque and tartars on the client's teeth
• Be familiar with social media and influencer-style marketing hence you should be able to create content on tips and advisory to clients
• Educate patients about the course of treatments, and pre/post-treatment care
• Review patients' progress and treatment plan
• Maintaining client reports and notes
• Educating clients on spa/clinic therapies and services
• Actively pursuing daily sales goals, including retail sales
• Work as a team with the clinic staff to achieve company goals and targets
• Upsell services and take-home products

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified dental professional, Dental Nurse, Dental Hygienist, Dental Therapist or Dentist
• Required: 1 year of previous cosmetic dental experience or a fresh graduate
• Well-groomed with a pleasant personality
• Self-driven individual with a positive mindset
• Passion for all things beauty and aesthetics-related
• Strong ability to follow procedures as specified
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to develop a plan of action for clients care
• Ability to make a client feel comfortable
• Ability to work under pressure 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays during festive periods.
