Job Summary

• We are looking for an Esthetician to join our client’s team and offer informed recommendations so customers can select appropriate services that suit their needs with ease.
• An esthetician’s responsibilities include providing relaxation services like facial massages to clients who want a pampered look or helping them feel better about their appearance by applying carefully selected treatments to ensure the health of their patient’s skin.
• It is essential that you are an Esthetician who can perform skin, body, and hair removal treatments. Ultimately, you will work directly with patients looking to improve the health of their skin and assess their specific needs.

Job Description

• Provide professional consultation with patients about skin, face and body related aesthetic concerns.
• Performing skin assessments to identify problems and the right course of action
• Provide advice and effective treatment solutions related to our services and products
• Perform medical grade aesthetic treatments
• Educate patients about course of treatments, possible downtime, and pre/post treatment care
• Review patients' progress and treatment plan
• Maintaining client reports and notes
• Educating clients on spa/clinic therapies and services
• Upsell services and take-home products
• Actively pursuing daily sales goals, including retails sales
• Work as a team with the clinic staff to achieve company goals and targets
• Actively pursuing daily sales goals, including retail sales

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field and beauty therapist
• Minimum of 2 years experience in aesthetics
• Fully trained and certified in aesthetics/skincare/laser
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a good team player
• Well-groomed with a pleasant personality
• Self-driven individual with a positive mindset
• Passion for all things beauty and aesthetics-related
• Strong ability to follow procedures as specified
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Ability to develop a plan of action for clients' care
• Ability to make a client feel comfortable
• Deep knowledge of skin care techniques
• Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays during festive periods.

Critical Skills and Knowledge:

• Micro-needling
• Dermaplane 
• Hydra facial/microdermabrasion facial 
• Chemical Peels
• Laser hair removal.
