We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title:  Video Shooting Specialist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the main work of script writing, staff arrangement and video shooting.
• According to the team task indicators, the video shooting is completed on time and in volume.
• Manage the team and follow up with cast recruitment, prop procurement and management, video editing and uploading and distribution.
• Follow up social media data feedback and video specific data feedback, constantly develop new scripts and improve shooting levels.
• Study advertising videos such as global competing products, and learn to imitate and surpass.
• Obey the leader's arrangement and complete the tasks assigned by the leader on time.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with 2 - 4 years work experience.
• He is good at video shooting and has a unique understanding of content, light, color, clothing, props, editing, etc.
• Have a unique understanding of advertising marketing videos and brand communication videos.
• He is good at social media marketing and growth, understands the psychology of fans, can write scripts that fans like, and can also shoot videos that fans like.
• Being creative and creative means not only being able to constantly have new ideas to write more interesting scripts, but also having a strong execution ability to shoot the scripts.
• Have a sensitive sense of smell for market hotspots.
• Strong execution, hard work, and constantly challenge yourself.
• Good at teamwork and cross-departmental communication.
• Works that need to have a mobile phone to shoot video and a mobile device that can shoot very clearly.
