It builds industry-leading products that offer crypto-to-crypto swaps, allow consumers and merchants to deposit their coins, and buy/sell digital assets like bitcoin, Ethereum and gift cards on secure and easy-to-use interfaces.

Job Description

• We are currently looking to hire a goal-driven individual to manage our day to day operations as a fast growing company.
• As the Head of Operations, you will play a vital role by supporting the business generally and ensuring smooth operations on a daily basis, you will also manage all affairs of the company and do a lot of foundational work as well as managing key activities that involve communication, logistics, collaboration, mobility, productivity and workplace innovations etc.
• You will also provide strategic vision and leadership and will be saddled with the responsibility of developing and implementing operational reporting structures and managerial procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations in the office in a timely, efficient, and proactive manner.
• You will create structures and systems that enhance general employee experience.
• Monitor and create daily reports of all activities within the company.
• Collaborate with key-stakeholders in the organization to ensure that tasks are carried out according to stipulated timelines.
• Work with the customer support team to ensure smooth customer experience and daily reports are handed in properly.
• Perform document checks to meet standard operational procedures.
• Monitoring transactions, investigating and reporting suspicious activity, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
• Preparing regular reports such as expenses, and general office budget, and organizing company records.
• Identify ways to develop new business relationships that will in turn benefit the company.
• Ensuring appropriate policies are in place with regard to procurement and tendering processes to secure the best deals for the organization from suppliers and service providers.
• Managing 3rd-party service provider relationships effectively and driving continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Perform any other task as assigned by the CEO.

Job Requirements / Specifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent
• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in operations or project management roles in the fintech, ecommerce or cryptocurrency industry.
• Good knowledge in the Blockchain/ Cryptocurrency industry.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and control time effectively
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Excellent people and project management skills.
• Ability to pay attention to details.

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
