UHR Consult is a HR advisory and talent acquisition firm with expert consultants and headhunters who are fully into the business of HR Advisory, researching, headhunting and attracting the best fit for her clients.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Abuja

The Position

• The Business Development Executives will be responsible for contributing new ideas the company's growth.
• To look for new ways to improve product quality. Their job is to act as representatives of their company to connect with clients, obtain funding from investors and investigate business leads.
• They will also need to be able to write business proposals to outline their ideas to the company.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients
• Increase sales of properties
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
• Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
• Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
• Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
• Make and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Business Management, Industrial Technology or any related discipline
• Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Familiarity with the industry including equipment, logistics and supply-chain management
• Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software
• Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients.
