Job Description

• Receive customers requests in a professionalandcourteous manner and process transaction.
• Process assigned customer requests per the Bank’s procedure and timelines
• Attend to customers inquiries and complaints, resolve issues.
• Promote the company's image and brand to internal and external customers.
• Balance account at the end of the day

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an NCE qualification with 1 - 6 years work experience.
