Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Description

• Devise a highly efficient real estate marketing strategy, which includes strategies to broadcast the right communication about our products and drive qualified traffic to our company
• Work with Sales Team to Deploy successful marketing campaigns and ensure their implementation from ideation to execution
• Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the real estate trend and new market opportunities
• Manage overall marketing and sales activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of marketing trend, advertising and promotional events.
• Overseeing the progress of our advertisements, campaigns and sales activities
• Work with the media team on variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media awareness, lead generation campaigns, performance analysis
• Supervise the media team to also Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, blog and social media handles that attracts and converts our target groups
• Collaborate with others to Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
• Oversee marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy flyers, brochures and others
• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities which has led to actual sales.

Requirements and Skills

• B.Sc / HND in Marketing or related field.
• Portfolio of previous marketing projects.
• 5+ years’ experience in marketing (preferably real estate sector).
• Good with numbers, metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and measurement.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 monthly
