FAW Global Service, a Human Resources (HR) Consulting firm and Manufacturals' representative organization, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Human Resources & Administration

Location: Oyo

Job Description

• Lead HR projects like compensation plans revisions, Payroll and Performance evaluation systems
• Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations
• Design company policies, procedures and ensure discipline.
• Review and update our employment contracts and agreements
• Track key HR metrics like cost per hire, retention rates and employees engagement.
• Manage internal communication projects
• Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
• Ensure our record keeping and data processing procedures, including attendance
• Oversees and manage the transport and logistics section.

Requirements

• Must possess a BSc in Human Resources Management or Social Sciences with professional certification or membership of CIPM.
• 8 - 12 years work experience.
• Must work experience as a Head of HR Operations or similar role.
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems.
• Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs.
• Good knowledge of labor legislation with Leadership abilities.
