Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Maiduguri, Borno
Employment Type: Full-time

General Description of Role

• Create and implement marketing plans
• Brand reputation management
• Evaluate brands by accurately estimating brand awareness metrics
• Control product pricing and placement
• Generate online traffic and identify new funnels (SEO, SEM, SM, Influencer)
• Analyze market and competitors
• Measure brand loyalty
• Identify opportunities using analytics and improve conversions to optimize Targets.
• Develop a new market for products and identify new customer acquisition channels
• Assign sales target's and report KPI’s of sales team
• Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sales quotas/targets Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online)
• Implementation of the marketing campaigns right from ideation to final analysis and refinement
• Creating engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage
• Building sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative artists as per the need.

Required Qualifications

• Must possess a Degree or HND in the required field
• 1 - 2 years work experience.
• Able to work in high-pressure situations, solve problems and resolve conflicts.
• Able to independently organize work, prioritize tasks and manage time. Strong interpersonal skills, able to coach and support others.
• Self-motivated, honest, highly responsible, and punctual.
• Demonstrated Managerial/Leadership Competencies.

• Computer literate with significant knowledge/experience in excel. Languages:
• Fluency in local context language is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.

Remuneration
N40,000 - N50,000 Monthly.
