TeamAce Limited - Our client, a leading Investment Management company, is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Recovery / Loan Monitoring Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
• Locate and contact debtors to inquire of their payment status
• Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
• Handle questions or complaints
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Update account status and database regularly

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Finance or related field
• Must have 2-3 years recovery experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office tools

Salary
N90,000 - N120,000 / Month.
