Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking to engage an experienced Sales Executive to join our team, the selected applicant will be responsible for all activities revolving around following up and converting aspiring students, corporate clients and partners into leads. This role is majorly in-house and as such you must be experienced in online marketing lead generation.

What does a Sales Executive do?

  • Sales Executives are responsible for selling a company's products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, training, and presentations, and providing existing customers with exceptional support.

Duties and Responsibilities
As a role that focuses on converting prospect to buying clients, we expect to see the following duties and responsibilities as highlighted below:

  • Perform online sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging and confident presentations (both at one-to-one level and at a much larger scale) about our company and it services.
  • Make inbound and outbound calls to sell our services; respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement a systematic and efficient strategy to identify, acquire and retain prospectiveclients both individual and corporate.
  • Work with prospective clients through the sales process, understand the customers need, negotiate and close business deals.
  • Liaise for partnership with business groups, universities, associations, chambers of commerce, associations etc
  • Communicate with customers via phone, e-mails, chats and other platforms.
  • Develop sales strategies and determine sales forecast and projections.
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
  • 1 - 4 years work experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly
