We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer (Digital Lending)

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Candidate must possess the ability to effectively sell our loans on a digital platform to the targeted market.
• Candidates must also possess a wide knowledge of government Parastatals and ministries whose payrolls are managed by Remita, with a view to creating an inroad into those places.
• Meeting Targets for the month
• Responsible for setting the long-term marketing strategy to grow and develop the business across different trade channels within the Nigeria market.
• He/She must be target driven.
• Increase the value of existing customers while attracting and retaining new customers.
• Meets all KPI/Activity requirements as outlined by management.
• Understanding of blogging and content creation to boost and project company loan products to its targeted audience.
• Ability to optimize blog content as a core part of digital marketing strategy
• Facilitate implementation of all technical online channels enhancements to focus on real time delivery and communication with all internal stakeholders on channel improvement & modification.
• Ensuring e-channels availability & stability.

Requirements

• Minimum educational requirement is a B.Sc / HND in Computer Science or any related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Fin-Tech company.
• Prospective candidates must have at least 5 years of experience as a Lending officer in a fintech or a digital platform.
• Extensive experience in leading and managing a diverse range of digital lending products and customer orientated services.
• Experience of formulating and implementing strategy for digital lending in a Fin-Tech environment and customer focused setting.
• Experience of successfully identifying and implementing digital solutions to release efficiencies, improve delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Experience from a Lending Fin-Tech is an advantage.
