About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and self-driven People Operations Associate who loves contributing to multiple pillars of People Operations, excels at building and improving processes, and wants to make an impact on employee experience.
In this role, you will be a key player in supporting HR programs and initiatives that will help Branch continue to build a world-class team and drive employee experience across the globe.
You will be involved in providing a cohesive working environment for Branch staff, be part of a core team supporting culture and people practices at Branch, and support business growth through the recruitment of talented individuals! communicating with precision, developing trust, and leading with integrity is critical to success, as is the ability to navigate multiple priorities with attention to detail and a service-oriented approach.
Here are some things you’ll do:
Serve as a culture champion for Branch by designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives. You will own and come up with innovative ways to keep the work environment efficient, fun and conducive for all and elevate Branch’s values in the Nigeria office
Create periodic surveys to measure employee satisfaction and moral, reviewing survey results and helping management create action plans based on survey findings
Admin Management: Manage the office and keep track of office needs spending that will inform inputs to the company-wide budget
Vendor & Invoice management; Supervise the vendors associated with proper running of the Lagos office and process invoices in a timely manner
Assist with the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and scheduling to closing, while ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all candidates
Assist with ad-hoc People Operations tasks and generalist responsibilities as needed
Minimum Requirements
1-3 years HR experience, in a high-growth tech start-up
Detail-oriented, communicative, inquisitive, and able to work with a global team
Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable owning a project from start to finish
Entrepreneurial, scrappy, analytical and able to wear many hats
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in employee engagement and admin management
Have intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Have strong documentation skills
