Job Brief

• The VP, Growth oversees strategy and operations that cut across business development, people management, finance, and product marketing. You are to efficiently communicate company goals and visions, delegate responsibilities, and collaborate across various departments to achieve these goals.
• You should have a firm grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns.
• Ultimately, you’re to lead the team toward maximum productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive strategic plans for business growth and optimized productivity in operations.
• Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement. Also, create a framework and drive the strategic partnership.
• You also second as compliance; to uphold standards of excellence and soaring quality.
• Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships.
• Plan all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
• Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
• Onboard and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market share, and business plan objectives.
• Developing marketing and sales targets and frameworks.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, assigning weekly performance goals and assuring their completion while accomplishing your own goals
• Ensure strict compliance with the quality of products/services and company ground rules.
• Uphold brand quality and standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc in Management or relevant experience in this field.
• Must have a global perspective through travels and be well connected.
• Must be living on the Island.
• A certification in finance or management is a plus.
