We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and direct day-to-day operation of the sales & marketing function to ensure maximum revenue & profitability and provide potential and existing clients with the highest level of sales service.Ensure that the look and feel of all channels are best in class and a point of reference at all times
• Ensure that customer interactions are deeply satisfying across all channels
• Ensure that the Stores Managers and Corporate Sales Manager maintain, run and deliver outstanding services to all customers
• Ensure that the merchandizing of the Physical Stores and Digital Channels are optimal
• Actively work with the Operations Team to ensure optimal Product Bouquet availability and Inventory Distribution
• Ensure that shrinkages and losses are kept below the company’s target
• Work with the Store Managers and Corporate Sales Manager to ensure that the company achieves or exceeds its Sales Target
• Develop, roll out and maintain world-class Customer Service practices for the organization
• Ensure the effective use of technology to enhance company operations and results
• Set-up a robust and seamless communication channel within the department and across all stores and channels

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working as a Sales Manager, Store Manager, Sales Coordinator
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
• Previous experience successfully managing a large team.
• Passion for sales and good relationship management skills.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Salary budget: ₦200,000
