We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager - Marketing

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Contract

Tasks

• Department development
• Development of a project strategy and its development adaptation with a team
• Making key process and team decisions
• Planning and monitoring the implementation of plans
• Formation of processes, production features in accordance with the needs of the product
• Development, training and evaluation of a team of managers and key employees (training of other PMs that will come to the team, Tech Leads in management and soft skills + evaluation of employees on the quality of work)
• Participation in the recruitment and onboarding process
• Sharing successful experience within your team and company
• Coordinate part of the team (5-15 people)
• Exploring different promotion tools
• Study / analysis of the target audience of each application.

Requirements

• 4 year experience as a project manager
• Experience in a product company
• Experience in building workflows
• Ability to set clear goals and focus on results
• Ability to motivate a team
• Experience working with a distributed team preferred
• The constant striving to improve the level in project management is welcomed
• Ability to work with a remote team
• English from C1

Will be a plus:

• Experience in Figma ((any), if previously worked as a designer or with designs in general, then even better)
• Experience in project management in Jira
• TK development
• Experience with mobile applications
• 6 months experience in marketing

Salary
USD800 - USD2,000 Monthly.
