Job Title: Operations Associate

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Job Description

• We're looking for an operations associate to work with our growing team. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of Banking operations in Prospa HQ.
• As an Operations Associate you will have hands-on experience in a variety of departments and the ability to hone your skills in business analysis, transactions management and support, banking systems and risk management.
• You'll work with the team to ensure members have a great and seamless banking experience.

This role is full time and will involve the following:

• Cooperating with departments to improve banking operations
• Assisting the Bank Operations team with ongoing and special projects
• Handling and closing department related member support tickets
• Monitoring daily operations and escalating/addressing potential issues when they arise
• Daily Report Creation and Monitoring for Operations Processes
• Addressing requests received from Banking partners
• Escalating requests to Banking partners
• Completing administrative tasks
• Assisting with card ordering, reissues, and expedites
• Recording daily metrics
• Submiting weekly banking required reporting

Experience & Personal Specification

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years of experience in banking operations/customer experience
• Exceptional organizational and administrative skills
• Proactive qualities with a willingness to learn
• Used to working in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on, always ready to roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile for the team
• Superb communication skills & the ability to interact at all levels within the organization
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements seamlessly
