Job Title:Senior CP Business Analyst & C

Tasks
To identify and define business improvement solutions for all processes in the Contracts, Procurement and Materials Management (CPM) Department and coordinate the delivery of business solutions to assure and improve the department’s capability to support production and the delivery of the contractual, statutory, administrative, and social obligations of the company.
Main Accountabilities
Analyse supply chain insights, trends, forecasts, and expert views for decision making through analytics, Big Data, models and what if scenarios to support business processes to ensure that NLNG maximises value.
Ensure compliance and effective management of Category Management and Contracting Process (CMCP), including pre-award assurance activities (OPEX and CAPEX) to ensure cost optimization and value delivery to the business.
Propose, develop, and support the review of policies and procedures for the Contracts, Procurement and Materials (CPM) Department to reflect current business need and industry best practice to meet business objectives as well as coordinate an effective Records and Information Management System to ensure timely decision making and timely delivery of high-quality reports for the department.
Analyse Supply Chain Business Impact and determine recoverable time objectives for the departmental Business Continuity Plan as well as undertake annual exercises to test the plan to ensure business resilience.
Manage the supply chain risk framework, initiating reviews, prioritising mitigations and ensure close-out to minimize exposure to identified risks, measure the effectiveness of business process improvement initiatives and present findings / recommendations to CPLT and the larger business.
Manage and implement all CPM audit reviews and resulting actions ensuring timely sustainable outcomes as well as coordinate the planning and execution of department-wide internal compliance audit reviews, and support non-compliance corrective action plan development and implementation to achieve best practice in the departmental activities.
Regularly monitor, review and engage accountable parties within the department on the status and effective closeout of all Preventive and Corrective Actions in the Incident Management System, to ensure that actions are taken timely and remain effective to prevent undue exposure to avoidable occurrence/re-occurrence of Business Control/HSE Incidents.
Conduct yearly Business Review meetings and quarterly CPM Business Plan for the department and drive agreed improvement strategies to facilitate synergy and cooperation within the departmental function.
Conduct critical stake holder’s engagement meetings and drive agreed improvement strategies to facilitate efficiency of the departmental functions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Engineering, Business or Financial management or any related discipline, at Second Class Lower Division (2:2) and above. Membership of The Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) UK or Nigeria, or Institute of Supply Management (ISM) US or equivalent at a diploma or certified level is an added advantage.
With a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in required function in a reputable organization in the Oil and Gas Industry.
