We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance System Officer - Master Data Mtc

Tasks

• To assist Head Finance Systems - in the support, maintenance, and upgrade of Finance Systems Suites end to end business processes implementation, by establishing business process design options and configuration requirements.
• To coordinate with key users and obtain consensus within their business area, for implementing SAP solutions that aligns with the required business capabilities and supporting user to enhance their satisfaction with the system with the responsibility to develop financial and management accounting tools and reports for business performance management.

Main Accountabilities

• To identify and establish business process design gaps or system glitches, in liaison with FICO user groups, propose SAP system functionality options and recommend best course of action for Management decision. Secure needed signoffs for changes and follow through to close out. Ensure SAP business process best practices are complied with in configuring enhancements/changes to implemented solution and that business system impact/implications are considered and communicated accordingly.
• Represent Finance Business Units in cross-business definition of global data standards, rules, hierarchies, and metrics and enforce these rules in operational mode.
• Ensure all issues are logged and tracked in SOLMAN, then follow through to resolution and close out.
• Periodically analyse utilization of various financial and management accounting reports to assess their relevance and tweak where necessary to make them fit for purpose.
• Provide input for the design and construction of test cases and business scenarios and perform user’s acceptance and security testing for configured solutions in the post-implementation environment.
• Assist the business in developing procedures, guide, and work instructions for the new ways of working introduced by SAP.
• Deliver end user trainings and, in liaison with competence development team, develop suitable and functional training materials, helplines and tool tips to maximize user satisfaction with the solution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related discipline at Second Class Lower Division (2.2) and above.
• Good knowledge of FI functional processes plus SAP Certification in relevant functional discipline is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate work experience with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in required function in a reputable organisation preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
