We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Technician, Electrical

Location: Ikotun, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment.
• To clean, lubricate, protect, and otherwise maintain all tools and equipment in the hotel.
• Perform maintenance activities i plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, plumbing and electrical equipment
• Repairing faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.
• Conducting periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
• Maintain maintenance inventory andrequisitionparts and supplies as needed.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect companyassets.
• Maintains the hotel facility and related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements

• Practical Knowledge of maintenance and repairs of Diesel Generating Plants
• Knowledge of other electrical works
• Ability to read and write.
