General Description

• A mobile developer is responsible for developing applications for devices across all mobile operating system.
• Due to the fragmentation of this ecosystem, an Android developer must pay special attention to the application’s compatibility with different mobile operating systems and devices.
• They must also have a strong understanding of the patterns and practices that revolve around cross platform mobile development.

Duties / Responsibilities

• Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

Education / Experience Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience
• Should be able to communicate fluently in simple and clear English
• Experience working with finance and payment related workflow services is a must
• Experience working in an Agile delivery environment is plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

• Strong and in-depth knowledge of Flutter Framework
• Familiarity with Ionic framework
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Strong knowledge of mobile UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as “touch”
• Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes, accelerometers, and fingerprint scanners
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Azure DevOps and Git
• Understanding of Agile software development methodology.
