Summary

• We are proud and excited to partner with a number of well-renowned private international schools searching for experienced and competent Head of School in the following locations,Illorin State, Kaduna State and Abuja FCT.
• The Head of School is part of the senior leadership team and acts as a liaison to the Chief Executive director and board of directors and keeps them informed of operations in the school.
• Working in collaboration with all, the Head of School is charged with the management of the overall school system and the leadership of high-quality academic and support programs.
• Working towards the common goal of improving standards and opportunities in DIS, you will form curriculums, goals, budgets, timelines, government regulations, mandated testing, as well as performance measures to ensure all educators can meet personal and professional goals
• The Head of Schoolis responsible for the academic programs, finance and operations, and human resource processes, including the selection of the administrators, teachers, specialists, and support staff.
• The Head of School is responsible for communicating the vision, mission, and strategic planning and direction of the school.
• The Head of School is, in many ways, the guiding light of the school and must possess mature leadership qualities, set high standards and expectations, and be supportive of all school programs and staff.
• The Head of Schoolensures that the school system is operating effectively and efficiently and level of excellence in every realm within education

Academic & Professional Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Educational Administration and/or Educational Leadership (preferably at the doctoral level)
• Past teaching / educational experience in an International School
• Past administrative experience in upper management (Principal, Head of School, School Administrator in an International School.
