We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and registering of patients 
• Scheduling and follow up of patients appointment.
• Assisting with patients complaints and enquires.
• Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and proper documentation.
• Taking note of patient registration status to ensure proper billing (e.g., HMO, insurance, private etc).
• Tracking patient payment for instalment services and ensure all payments are collected as at when due.
• Taking note of all patient transactions and collect payment of services rendered.
• Keeping receipts and records for reconciliation with account and inspect cash received to avoid counterfeit notes.
• Any other task that might be required.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND
• 2 years plus work experience
• Must be female
• Must be computer proficient 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
