J-Six Group is a reputable company with subsidiaries in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), Agriculture, Trading and Logistics.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR & Admin Assistant (Male)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting Line: Group HR and Admin Manager

Job Brief

• A proactive and data driven male HR & Admin Assistant is needed at J-Six Group at Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

Duties

• Overseeing attendance management.
• Sorting resumes, collating shortlisted candidates and forwarding to your Line Manager.
• Escalating employee complaints or inquiries regarding monthly salary to the Line Manager.
• Handling employee documentation and updating the HRIS.
• Informing the IT team about new employees and ensuring their work tools are available.
• Time-to-time employee survey.
• Keeping track of employee birthdays and handling the announcement.
• Programmeand Office Management.
• Collating quarterly appraisal forms from all subsidiaries and uploaded to the cloud server.
• Liaising with vendors regarding office maintenance.
• Quarterly Employee Audit.
• Conflict Management.

Requirements

• A Tertiary Degree with a minimum of 1 year post NYSC experience in an Administrative/ Secretarial or HR capacity
• Ability to oversee and track a significant number of employees.
• Attention to details
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks as expected.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point is a must, Canva is an added advantage.
• Must be able to de-escalate employee dispute
• Confidentiality and ability to apply zero preferential treatmentis of utmost importance
• Presentation and reporting skills.
• Preferred candidate must be vocal withan outstanding communication and use of english.
• Zeal to develop a career in HR
• Preferred candidates must live in close proximity to Lekki Phase 1 or can easily commute to the island.
• For gender balance, only male candidateswill be shortlisted.

Salary
N70,000 monthly (Net)
