Job Description

• In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining user interfaces for our web and mobile applications.
• This will involve working closely with our designers and product team to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet the needs of our users.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, user-friendly web and mobile applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, Angular.js, Node.js, React.js, Bootstrap 5, Redux, SCSS
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
• Test and debug code to ensure that applications are functioning correctly and efficiently
• Work with the development team to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web and mobile development trends and technologies

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a frontend developer, building web and mobile applications.
• Part-time work for at least 20 per/week
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, Angular.js, Node.js, React.js, Bootstrap 5, Redux, SCSS
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience or ability to lead a team as a front-end developer 
• Experience with responsive design and cross-platform development for web and mobile app (inclusive of platforms such as Android and iOS)
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards, strong attention to detail and a focus on usability
• Ability to work with an internationally distributed team and fast-paced remote environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies
• Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
