We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Direct Sales Agent

Location: Lagos (Remote)
Job type: Full-time

What you will be doing everyday

• Work to ensure market extension by signing up new merchants to our current products.
• Propel growth of Fincra’s core products, API integration services, Currency Conversion, Cross Border Payments, Collections, Payouts etc.
• Develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the organization.
• Develop thorough understanding of key clients’ needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions.
• Address and resolve complaints from clients.
• Serve as the link of communication between clients and internal teams.
• Analyze client data to provide customer relationship management.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role with a Fintech or Commercial bank.
• Extremely flexible, result oriented, hardworking with a strong track record of success.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet and exceed sales targets.
• A good knowledge of the e-payment industry will be an added advantage.
• Product Knowledge.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Problem analysis and solving skills.
• Good knowledge in MS Office
• Relationship management Skills
• Good negotiation skills
