Job Summary

• Kolisa Fashion is hiring for the role of a Fashion House Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Fashion house, managing overall service delivery and performing good supervisory services to the team under your lead, and assisting in developing good business strategies to increase business performances when required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing overall operations of the fashion house.
• Manage the production factory and liaise with tailors to understand garment design requirements.
• Organize work schedules to meet job specifications and deadlines.
• Oversee recruitment, training and performance of supervisor, creative assistant, machinist, tailors, stoners, beaders etc.)
• Estimate the amount of the required production resources (workforce, machines, raw materials etc.)
• Ensure the machines, tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Monitoring and providing daily status report of jobs – finished jobs and work in progress.
• Sorting and ensuring smooth delivery of clients' orders
• Keeping accurate records of client sfabrics and expected delivery date.
• Preserving and storing of materials.
• Ensuring that all fabrics are available and restocking when necessary
• Maintaining store cleanliness.
• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent services.
• Addressing issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
• Maintaining outstanding visual merchandise standards.

Requirements

• HND in Arts, Social Sciences or any other relevant field
• Fair knowledge and passion for the Fashion Industry.
• 2 - 4 years of relevant supervisory experience in retail and services.
• Proficient leadership skills and business orientation
• Customer service and management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good sense of fashion and style
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
