Design Fairy Studio Limited is an interior design company located in the heart of Lagos. Born out of a passion for telling stories of people and culture through interior architecture and design, Design Fairy Studio was established in 2013 and has grown to become one of West Africa’s leading design firms for creative and functional spaces. We are an African design firm operating out of the heart of Lagos, Nigeria. Our service portfolio covers commercial and residential designs that include but are not limited to modelling, remodeling, furniture production/installations and turnkey projects.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: PA / Admin Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

  • We are looking for a versatile and highly-organized personal assistant to perform personalized administrative duties for CEO.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings, handling reports, and correspondence on behalf of managers. You may also be required to make travel arrangements and assist with other duties when required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as custodian of sensitive matters and information relating to peculiar issues within the CEO’s office monitoring internal and external correspondence.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of files, improve the filing systems, prepare reports and power point presentations as assigned.
  • Examine documents for the CEO’s review to ensure quality control and compliance with company’s procedures and policies.
  • Help the CEO manage workflow and office deadlines.
  • Distribute memos and reports and ensure that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information
  • Make and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone calls and respond to queries on behalf of the CEO where necessary
  • Maintain a company calendar by coordinating schedules, arranging meetings appointments and organizing events
  • Oversee social media accounts, communicate with client and respond to queries in a timely manner while monitoring customers’ reviews.
  • Design and implement social media strategy and generate contents that align with business goals

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or in related field.
  • Minimum of 2 year’s experience in the role
  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced typing, note-taking, record keeping, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be well abreast in SEO and be social media savvy
  • Proximity is key, candidates who live within the Island are encouraged to apply.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 / month.
