As Lead Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Providing technical leadership to drive development and delivery of optimised subsea systems aligned with customer requirements and maximising system portfolio advantage
• Ensuring all activities that span multiple components and products are managed effectively considering how to integrate for maximum performance and operability.
• Managing system requirements, specifications, and flow down to sub-systems / products / components.
• Driving validation and verification activities for the overall product / system, including system level testing.
• Managing technical interface between component and execution organisations.
• Leading analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.
• Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and across functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Degree or have substantial experience in Customer Project Engineering / Technology.
• Have experience in subsea control systems.
• Be customer-focused in defining quality and establishing priorities
• Be capable of creating and presenting technical solutions to customers.
• Have exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate ability to motivate others and achieve results
• Must have a NYSC certificate of completion or exemption letter
