Responsible for all sales and marketing activities of the organization and implementation of the business development plan, which includes: prospecting, lead generation and qualification, presentation development and follow-up.

Job Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Create and build profitable and successful relationships with clients in various sectors by marketing and cross-selling all of the company’s services and products.
Constantly pursue new business opportunities within new companies and markets while collaborating with Account Management partners to strategically expand the existing business
Ensure constant and effective communication with prospective clients via cold calls, warm calls, networking events and the use of social media with the goal of generating business opportunities
Collaborate with internal team members and strategically leverage the strength and knowledge of the team to determine how to best service customers.
Utilize existing clients and resources to network and build client referrals
Set up the business development model and structure of the company.
Develop strategy and business case for pre-launch through roll out exercise.
Execute and evaluate the market, competitive analysis, and market positioning of the company.
Ensure strategic product planning, positioning, and cost optimization calculations are carried out effectively.
Responsible for establishing and controlling the product development processes.
Manage Budget and cost responsibility regarding business development and sales.
Act as the first port of call for nominated customers.
Provide customers with accurate and timely costing, lead-time and delivery Information as needed.
Identify key trends in the industry and advise management on opportunities to take advantage of.
Develop and update new sales literature.
Provide direct marketing and sales to new business prospects.
Develop relationships with clients and prospects.
Enhance the company’s Web site with creative and relevant information.
Manage and develop electronic presentation resource materials for marketing.
Develop contacts in all key market segments.
Manage/keep regular contact with companies on the prospect list.
Build relationships between organizations and key prospects.
Create opportunities to pitch new accounts.
Understands the business and challenges of key prospects and proffer solutions that will lead to new business transactions.
Develops sales and marketing strategies for key prospects.
Coordinates presentation/pitch approaches.
Develops responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
Researches all prospects.
Organize, direct and make physical arrangements for presentations.
Promote high-impact, highly integrated advertising, Web development, Specialized Marketing in-channel selling systems and results-oriented public relations programs.
Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities.
Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business.
Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s growth.
Plan and coordinate the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy and plan to acquire and retain businesses.
Establish effective marketing reporting to support business decision-making. Create an efficient marketing function through the adoption of professional marketing approaches and processes;
Stay ahead of the curve on social media developments; monitor the social media and competitive landscape, and identify key trends and developments and regularly update the Senior Management Team, bringing new media ideas to the table;
Participate in development of the marketing budget, target setting and managing budget to achieve agreed KPIs;
