Job Title: Account Clerk

Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• We are looking to hire an Accountant / Payroll Officer who will provide day-to-day accounting operations, and support, and ensure the smooth running of operations in the organization

Responsibilities

• Handling of petty cash.
• Contact clients about invoices that are past due Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the staff.
• Prepare and monitor invoices.
• Submit and reconcile expense reports.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
• Run company errands when necessary for office supplies.
• Maintain office supplies for departments

Competency / Skill / Requirements

• OND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or mathematical background.
• 1-2years post-qualification experience.
• Must be between 26-30 years of age
• Must be able to handle compulsory tax and legislation issues
• Must be able to handle stock and inventory management
• Must be able to generate monthly management reports
• Must be able to manage petty cash
• Must be able to do bank account reconciliations
• Must reside within ISOLO and OSHODI.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 monthly.
