Job Title: Business Development Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Description

• We requires the services of an experienced Business Development Manager with a high network of connections who will be responsible for bringing businesses, identifying sales leads, pitching our Human Resources services to new clients and maintaining a good working relationship with old and new contacts.

Responsibilities

• Identifying sales leads, pitching our Human Resources services to old and new clients.
• Following up new business opportunities in HR and setting up meetings.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Following up new business opportunities in HR and setting up meetings
• Planning and preparing and making presentations to Clients
• Maintain a good working relationship with old and new contacts.
• Providing management with feedback.

Requirements

• HND/BSc/MSc in a business administration, marketing, sales or relevant field.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working as a Business Development Manager for a top Human Resources consulting firm.
• Candidate must demonstrate self-confidence, love networking and enjoy presenting and public speaking.

Salary
N250,000 monthly.
