We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Commander

Locations: Abia, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Benue, Cross River, Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Imo, Lagos, Ogun and Rivers

 Job Description

• Coordinate and support the assigned RRT members during routine patrol and emergency response operations by providing a supervisory presence within the team.
• Respond expeditiously to incidents and alarm activation as directed by the Client.
• In conjunction with the Mopols officers assigned to the RRT, deal with any incident encountered to ensure the security of the Client personnels, assets and sites.
• Lead patrol proactively as per patrol plans to disrupt, deter and challenge any threat to security of Clients personnel, assets and sites.
• Submit patrol reports including observations of note.
• Apprehend suspected perpetrators and hand them over to the appropriate authorities.
• As required, support further investigations and prosecution processes.
• Conduct, lead and oversee individual team training programs.
• Ensure that the RRT are correctly resourced, tasked and follows directions from the Client in terms of incident response and patrol priorities.
• Maintain a constant line of communication with the Client during the period of duty.
• Conduct GSF liaison as required.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Educated with a minimum of OND, HND, B.Sc / M.Sc level of education with 1 year work experience.
• Living Around Lagos, Anambra, Delta, Edo, Imo, Benue, Ebonyi, Abia, Ogun, Rivers, Cross River, Akwa Ibom and nearby environs.
• Must have a Spy Police certification.

Proven Ability to:

• Nigerian citizen.
• Proven Ability.
• Effective Communication Skills - Must be able to communicate effectively in writing.
• Achieving results - The ability to make an impact on the business in little time
• A valid Driver’s License
• To be able to work flexibly majorly at Night.
• To be able to work flexibly when required.
• Must be medically fit,
• Must be physically and mentally fit.
• Age should be minimum of 25 years old and maximum of 40 years old.
