Job Title: Managing Director (MD) / CEO

Responsibilities
The ideal candidates will perform the following:

• Direct or coordinate an organization's financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency.
• Appoint department heads or managers and assign or delegate responsibilities to them.
• Analyze operations to evaluate the performance of a company or its staff in meeting objectives or to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change.
• Direct, plan, or implement policies, objectives, or activities of organizations or businesses to ensure continuing operations, to maximize returns on investments, or to increase productivity.
• Prepare budgets for approval, including those for funding or implementation of programs.
• Confer with board members, organization officials, or staff members to discuss issues, coordinate activities, or resolve problems.
• Direct human resources activities, including the approval of human resource plans or activities, the selection of directors or other high-level staff, or the establishment or organization of major departments.
• Establish departmental responsibilities and coordinate functions among departments and subunits.
• Coordinate the development or implementation of budgetary control systems, recordkeeping systems, or other administrative control processes.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree and a Professional qualification
• MBA/MSc will be an added advantage
• Relevant experience working in afinancial institution.
• A professional certification in finance and/or from a recognized professional body (e.g., CFA, ACCA, ICAN, etc.)
• Minimum of 10 years cognate experience preferably at a Senior Manager or COO Level in a commercial bank with diverse experience that should cover running the operations and back office of retail, corporate and business banking activities.
• Deep understanding of financial technology and software development, delivery, and project management disciplines are crucial.
• Demonstrated successful background in running operations to ensure non-IT processes are delivered to the quality required.

Remuneration
N900,000  - N1,000,000 (Monthly Net).
