Job Title: Relationship Manager (Senior Banking Officer Level)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary
The successful candidates will be managing High Networth Individual and his/her responsibility will include and not limited to:

• Meeting the set annual goal/budget
• Developing existing and new relationships
• Adhering to client coverage framework to involve line management in regular client engagement
• Marketing a full range of Wealth Management products and services in a diversified manner to existing and new clients
• Maintaining communications with clients to assess their needs and risk profile, advise on appropriate investment mix
• Cultivating and managing relationships with other areas ofthe bank to ensure and to promote cross selling
• Ensuring product documentation including credit facilities is at all times correct and appropriate
• Maintaining good level of knowledge of the Bank’s systems and regulatory environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / MBA / M.Sc
• 8-10 years of relevant relationship banking experience
• Very experienced and self-motivated highflyers
• Very smart, good looking and well connected
• Deposit mobilization skills, Strong Risk Asset creation and Management skills
• Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Other Skill Sets required to excel and manage HNIs
• Should be power dressers with natural flare for looking good
