Job Brief

• We are seeking a highly experienced IT Support Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both hardware and software support.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network and system issues, and ensure timely resolution of problems.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement new technologies and solutions that can improve business operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues and escalations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry developments to ensure the company's IT infrastructure is always current and effective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2 - 3 years experience in IT support management, with a strong background in both hardware and software support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking protocols, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
