Description

• As a Service Delivery Technical Manager, you will manage future business strategic plans and a portfolio of products and services.
• You will be responsible to perform services on customers' sites.
• You will be responsible to perform technical studies, and new designs to attend to our customers needs.

As a Service Delivery Technical Manager, you will be Responsible for:

• Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support – Resolves post sales Technical Issues.
• Providing the technical depth required to resolve an issue increases, the “level” of skill set increases
• Presenting product / program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leads (EB and SEB) across Baker Hughes.
• Handling complex medium-term project processes, by defining different departmental approaches and variety due to customization of client needs
• Communicating to Engineering and Technology organization on issues and lessons learned related to different technologies
• Handling important business unit clients. Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.
• Have an understanding of PL technology and Service Delivery requirements.
• Have at least 5 years’ of relevant experience in Drill Bits.
• Be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to all individuals of all levels of experience
• Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Be able to analyze and resolve problems
• Have the ability to lead, document, plan, market, and execute programs/ projects
