We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Develop, coordinate and manage project design, budgeting and scheduling, pre-qualification, management of contractors, documentation (Quality and Acceptance documents), subcontractors and equipment vendors; maintaining close contact with the various stakeholders and deliverables.
  • Supervise and review cost estimating and purchasing functions; manage field-related project planning, scheduling and quality control; risk management activities; and manage budgets, schedules, invoicing and other contract requirements.
  • Produce, revise, monitor and assess the project schedule/progress and access requirements during all project phases.
  • Ensure that projects are executed within the stipulated cost, time, budget and customers quality requirement.
  • Stakeholders communication management; clients, internal teams, vendors, suppliers and others.
  • Engage Client to understand scope and other requirements for all projects
  • Attend project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organize and maintain project related files, drawings, materials, and correspondence. Collaborate with departments to prepare and maintain all forms of reports, presentations, documentation, and related project material.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports for Management.
  • Ensure that all project execution complies with customer and company’s HSE Policy.
  • Project’s quality checks/aasurance, Routine site visits and site inspections.
  • Liaising/meeting with customer, contractors and vendors on behalf of the company for smooth operations
  • Perform additional task as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 10 years work experience.
