Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Isolo, Lagos

Job Brief

• We are looking for highly skilled people with deep industry/consumer knowledge and experience to drive our mission to empower individuals to embrace their unique sense of style.
• The ideal candidate will devise, develop and implement an appropriate online marketing and sales strategy to deliver a customer-orientated and cost-effective route to acquire products and solutions.
• Digital Marketing Manager must ensure that the website delivers a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies that drive customers to the corporate and E-commerce website.
• Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website and social media platforms.
• Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign.
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree
• The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 5 - 10 years of experience.
• Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Software.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools ( Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends etc.)
• Must presently be a Digital Marketing Manager or equivalent position
