Job Overview
The Vendor Success Manager will be responsible for Vendor Success Management of LifeBank.
S/he will be expected to ensure LifeBank continues to grow the number of Vendors on its marketplace and on its vendor app platform to continue to offer value to her customers and the vendors as well as achieve all set KPIs for Vendor Management and success.
Roles and Responsibilities
Grow LifeBank’s number of Vendors in line with the set target
Work with the Comms team, to prepare and deliver suitable sales pitches, proposals and presentations to prospective LifeBank vendors
Ensure Retention of vendors in line with set targets
Work in line with company SOPs to achieve set objectives and outcomes within schedule as regards New Vendors targets across the country
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and Active Vendors’ relationships and success
Engage vendors continually to ensure LifeBank gets the lowest prices from them and in turn offers the best prices to Hospitals and customers on our marketplace
Ensure the revenue per Vendor on our marketplace continues to grow.
Regularly engage and follow up with Vendors to ensure they sign up and are using the Vendor app to show and update stock position in line with the target set
Resolve Vendors complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management
Stay informed about the activities of health services in assigned particular areas.
Perform other duties as assigned
Ensure all assigned KPIs are achieved.
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
B.Sc in any of the Sciences or any relevant field
Experience:
1-2 years Vendors, Procurement, Customers or Key accounts management experience
1-2 years experience in the Pharma and healthcare industry
Reporting Structure:
Will report to the Ops Lead, and Director of Operations where necessary
Skills and Abilities:
Good organizational skills and results driven
Highly Self motivated
Highly analytical with a drive for numbers
High level of professionalism
Result-oriented team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills.
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Regular field visits to Clients sites

Gross Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
