We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Software Project Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Style: Hybrid (4 days onsite, one day remote)

Summary Of Role

• Will be responsible for supervising assigned application and software development projects of moderate to high complexity.
• Will manage resources, time, and the team within projects.
• Will be sufficiently well- versed in the technical aspects of the project to be able to safeguard the quality of deliverables.

Job Description

• Develop the project schedule and plan to ensure timely Completion of each project.
• Obtain management and client agreement with the project plan and timeline and advise of any obstacle that may delay the project delivery time.
• Work as an intermediary between the technical and Customer Fulfilment team to plan and coordinate project guidelines.
• Facilitate daily sprint planning and retrospective meetings to identify issues and fixes for projects.
• Maintain a project overview at all times, continuously assessing and adjusting the course in line with the objectives.
• Ensure teams are taking corrective action as necessary to deliver complete scope, desired quality and timeliness for each project.
• Keep abreast with scrum best practices and new trends.
• Responsible for overseeing and managing system documentation for change request.
• Communicate effectively to team members to achieve each project goals.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum is an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of application and software development and systems.

Requirements

• Minimum Educational Requirement: HND / Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field .Professional certifications an added advantage.
